As a brand of Jetsam Service Management GmbH, which was founded in 2011 by a team of after-sales service experts from the consumer electronics industry, we daily encounter the difficulties involved with the disposal of end-of-life electronic equipment.
Through our rooted cooperation with international electronics manufacturers and various providers of after-sales commodity services such as repair, spare parts supply, call centre operations, logistics and recycling, we have repeatedly been confronted with questions about the sustainable and environmentally friendly, but also economic and proper disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment. We were also asked questions about the legislation on producer responsibility, the WEEE guidelines or the topic of data sanitization.
Searching for answers for each of these players, we found that although there were individual solutions for single parts in the chain, they all work independently from each other and none could provide a complete solution that we could offer to our customers or partners. It is self-explanatory that this is not only time-consuming for both sides, but makes processes also complicated.
With the foundation of CIRECON, we want to change this situation and grow a tree of social responsibility, economic success and ecological awareness with our broad and tailor-made products and services. We want to establish a concept in the electronic waste recycling industry in order to contribute our quota to saving the earth and to compete in the highly competitive recycling and reutilization industry on the entire European market.
We are convinced: When companies set the direction, others will follow. Becoming green is a big part of raising awareness and the momentum towards real change.
